Amazon Spain introduces the Nyab, a spacious prefabricated home priced at €27,556. Boasting a size of 70 m2, it offers ample space and claims to provide comfort and security in various weather conditions. Featuring three bedrooms, a kitchen, air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, water heater, 12 aluminium windows, and a full plumbing system, the Nyab combines functionality with aesthetics.
Constructed with a light steel structure and coloured sandwich panel cladding, the Nyab ensures durability and visual appeal. It is designed to withstand adverse weather conditions, with a wind resistance of 90 to 110 km/h and the ability to endure earthquakes of magnitude eight or higher on the Richter scale. Moreover, it promises comfort in extreme temperatures, maintaining optimal indoor conditions even at -40 degrees Celsius.
The Nyab prioritises energy efficiency, thanks to its external wall insulation made of polyurethane. Additionally, its use of light galvanised steel provides protection against moisture and termites, making it suitable for humid environments. Weighing approximately two tons, the manufacturer estimates its lifespan to be between 30 to 40 years.
While installation is not included in the price, the manufacturer assures that assembly is straightforward, requiring only four people and taking about 40 minutes to complete. Potential buyers are advised to consider this additional step when purchasing the Nyab.
